There is a bit of a trick to get them in, but once you do you can leave them in!
You simply twist the earring open * don’t pull apart* ( you will change the shape of the earring if you do this! ) put it in and then gently twist the two ends back and fourth until the ends meet up again.

Important - to ensure proper fit, measure the distance from your piercing to your lobe.
