here are some of the most common ones :

• custom request? 
  my apologies but I don’t take on custom work. This includes alterations to my original designs or making things I don’t already offer. I can make small adjustments to chain length. 
  
  
• Can a single earring be purchased? 
  If the earring is one of the simple wire designs I offer, I can usually sell just one. But beyond this so sorry but I can’t accommodate this request!

• If you just placed an order and didn’t receive your confirmation email: have a peek in your spam / junk mail folder! Sometimes they end up in there! 

• If you are wondering when you can come pick up your order: please wait for a "order ready for pickup" email. As soon as your order is available for pickup I will let you know :) pickup hours are Fridays 11-6 Saturdays 11-5
