SHIPPING WITHIN CANADA

I do my best to pack your order within one week of order placed. Once it is shipped you will receive an email with tracking.

All orders are shipped with tracking via canada post or  :ups,fedex,purolator etc Depending on availability and location. Please expect shipping times to vary depending on your location, but estimate would be 2-7 business days canada wide.

LOCAL PICKUP OPTION

Local pickup is available, from my studio located at 75 Albert st 3rd floor.

Pickup hours are Thursdays + Fridays 11-3, Saturdays 11-5

same day pickup is not available

Note: orders that are not picked up within 3 months of pickup notice will be put back into stock and no refunds for the unclaimed items are given. 

SHIPPING TO THE U.S.

All orders are shipped with tracking via whichever carrier has the best rate. Please note that shipping times can vary. Due to weather, border crossing, customs etc.

you will be charged taxes and duties at checkout and should expect no additional fees.

you are responsible for paying any duties/taxes/customs.

International Shipping

I currently ship to the following countries outside Canada and the US:

United Kingdom, Australia, Germany, France, Netherlands, Ireland, Japan, Singapore, and Sweeden.

Shipping rates vary by destination but are flat rate.

all international orders are shipped with tracking and shipping times will vary, estimated times are 7-21 business days.

as soon as your order is on its way, you will receive an email with tracking information.

If your country is not in this list but you are interested, please feel free to reach out and I will do my best to assist you.

Duties and Taxes

For international orders: Customs fees, Import duties and local taxes are not included in the purchase price and may be charged upon delivery. You are responsible for paying these duties. I am unable to mark packages as gifts or declare lower values to avoid duties.
